Sunflower

Ok, this is rediculous. I can't seem to get a picture on here. It says that it's uploaded but no image shows up. I was going to post a picture of a recent painting that I've done. My appologies. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

I just couldn't resist...just one more!

Into the hatch she goes!!!

Yummy Yummy Yummy

Meshach has sure been taking advantage of the summer gardens.
I don't know if he'll ever go back to winter store bought stuff.

Isn't he too cute for words? He hardly looks 9 months.

Here's to a little creativity.....

and to Grandma's garden....

In the last few days...

We went to Purden Lake yesterday for a swim and picnic.
It's such a nice place...great view of the mountains and quality splashing!!

Juanita and I are trying to hike more to get in shape. Nothing like getting into shape really fast with a 21 lb baby on your back! He enjoyed all the saskatoons and raspberries along the way.

Aren't swings great? Whoever invented the kiddie ones is a genius.

We love water!

Rubber Ducky you're the one, you make bath times lotsa fun!

Dave and I took a kayaking course last week. I have found a new love!
Can I come too?

I guess I'll just eat it!

I don't know about you but he looks like he's scheming something.
Meshach loves the water! This is him playing in the river with daddy.

Baby & Me

Those Baby Einstein CDs really paid off. Just kiddn'!

Meshach at mealtime. Noodles were a great discovery!

First time playing on the grass...loved it ever since.

Creek walking at Camp Caroline. I was amazed that he

enjoyed the cold water.

Mom please, you're embarassing me!

So maybe it's not his first road trip but it was a first for the bus. What a ride!!! I vow never to take a 7 month old on a 10 hour bus ride again. I have to admit he was really good but when he was getting bored was when I was getting motion sick. What do you do? Anyways, this is him going to Kelowna to see grandpa get his black belt. A word to those who are travelling by bus with a baby...take the night bus and bring something for them to sleep in ;0)

May 26th Meshach and I got to witness an exciting event. How many grand children get to witness their grandpa get their black belt? Sure Meshach ate and slept through most of it but who can blame him after the 10 hr bus ride? I thought it was exciting! So here is Grandpa breaking boards.
